Brenmar transformed a legacy office space into a vibrant and uplifting new office space for a Blue Chip Company.

The office space was stripped back to concrete, the pre-existing furniture was ethically reused and relocated internationally to charities.

From there Brenmar installed new ventilation, sprinkler system and associated water tank system in the basement for the sprinkler system.

Repairs were made to uplift the infrastructure, walls, hanging ceiling and glass partitioning were installed in accordance with the new architectural layout. A new flooring, kitchenette, lounge, offices and meeting rooms were created with the goal of creating an open and inviting collaborative environment for the company to use.

The result was a modern office space, with a new aesthetic that matched with the rejuvenated brand. The office has become a hub for staff to collaborate in and work closely with focus groups, allowing for a more fluid working dynamic.
