Brenmar has undertaken a significant project aimed at transforming a working warehouse and office space into a state-of-the-art facility for an international boatbuilding and sailing competition company. This metamorphosis resulted in a fully functional, distinctive professional environment, complete with essential services tailored to meet the specialised needs of the industry.

The project involved extensive renovations to the expansive industrial unit, including the addition of several internal enclosures and the enhancement of the undercroft area to support operational services. The offices and staff welfare spaces were modernised, including the construction of a new kitchen and dining area, along with updates to staff restroom facilities. Furthermore, several functional mezzanines, supplemented with durable metal stairs and balustrades, were installed to optimise space utilisation.
Innovative enclosures dedicated to professional boatbuilding processes, including spraying, glueing, and baking, were also established. These enclosures incorporated specialised equipment such as a proprietary oven, spray booth, and CNC machine. Complementing these facilities, the project included the construction of additional spaces for grinding, woodworking, and 2D cutting, all built with reinforced steel structures.

Throughout this project, Brenmar adhered strictly to all relevant building and business regulations, navigating challenges that included coordinating logistics for substantial equipment, accommodating ongoing design modifications, and ensuring uninterrupted operations for the existing business.
