Brenmar upgraded the physical environment for a dishwasher and feed conveyor equipment, for a world-renowned IT company’s cafeteria and catering service. The new installation was at their technology, research and development laboratory, situated on a 100-acre estate in Hampshire.

The project was dependent upon the delivery of the new dishwasher equipment. Shutdown of the existing facility needed to be as close as possible to its arrival so catering services could continue to run as smoothly as possible.

The £70,000 project took just four weeks to complete.

During the process, we selected, installed and cured a new resin floor to allow free draining. New machinery was put into action as quickly as possible, with Brenmar dealing with all changes to the fabric and services needed to the area, from water and electrical supplies to changes to ceilings and walls.

The project also demanded careful collaboration with the client, and tight planning to avoid disruption to the company’s catering operations.
