Brenmar upgraded electrical metering to smart systems for all apartments within an occupied development, causing minimal impact to residents.
The owners had recognised investment was needed to achieve full compliance. Brenmar won the tender process, and planned the new system, liaising with all residents and their various electrical meter operators on the £420,000 project.
After the system had been designed, Brenmar planned and liaised with all residents daily, to deliver the works with little disruption. It involved all aspects of the new installation, from preparation and management of CDM documentation, to builder’s work in connection with the smart meter upgrade, refreshing the lobby areas on all floors and replacing all meters, and services thereof, within all apartments.
