Meet The Team

Our experience ensures your project’s success
Our senior team brings many years of industry experience, to ensure that every detail of every project runs according to plan.

Ron started his career as an electrician, going on to found Brenmar in 1976. The business originally began in electrical contracting, but due to his dedication and tenacity, it quickly evolved into the commercial refurbishment and office fit out specialist it is today.

Ron Willis Senior Partner

Brenda has been a Brenmar partner since 1998. She has a wealth of experience in finance and is responsible for all aspects of Brenmar’s accounts and revenue.

Mark oversees all aspects of the business, whilst focusing on managing client relationships, developing account plans and delivering proposals to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Mark Harvey Partner

Louise is responsible for the management of health and safety, quality and environmental standards. As well as managing the office she also leads on elements of administration and human resources.

Louise Hinckley Compliance Manager

Richard oversees the day-to-day running of the project teams, he is also responsible for the management of specific projects and liaises with both clients and the team, to ensure the smooth delivery of every project.

Richard Topping Senior Project Manager

Mark originally entered the industry as a data engineer, before going on to qualify as an electrician and rising up the ranks. He has now taken on the role of Project Manager and uses his specialist knowledge and experience for the successful delivery of client projects.

Mark Hayward Project Manager

Gary works closely with both clients and the project team to provide competitive estimates and detailed tenders. He has responsibility for all project costings and contracts.

Gary Cartwright Cost & Contracts Manager

Lewis has more than 20 years’ experience in retail and supply chain management. He is responsible for building and maintaining key supplier relationships, to ensure we always secure the best prices and service.

Lewis Dale Buyer

Toby is responsible for developing, maintaining and protecting the Health and Safety standards for Brenmar in accordance with current legislation.

Toby Brookes Health and Safety Manager

Jade ensures the smooth running of the office and all administrative procedures, also acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers and suppliers, both in person and via telephone. She also supports the wider team to carry out their duties.
