Case studiesTotal refresh for communications company
We were commissioned to revitalise the front and back of house reception and hub, including the immediate external approach area, for a leading communications infrastructure company based in Winchester.
The £600,000 project was a partnership between the client, design team and Brenmar. A key challenge was to deliver the new facilities, while keeping existing reception services running.
As is frequently the case with projects we’re involved with, this involved significant co-ordination and cooperation between the client and the project team, and flexible arrangements including out of hours working.
The work included the preparation of documentation, setting up a temporary reception and removal of the existing reception elements, such as the timber and concrete staircase and external glazed elevation to a link way. Plus, the supply and installation of feature timber walls, glazed balustrading to a first floor stairwell parapet, bespoke benching, flooring, glazed screening, a revolving door and more.
Outside we re-graded the area to new contoured levels, formed pits for mature tree installation, managed all planting, laid slabbed and cobbled surfaces and installed feature lighting.
Brenmar totally refreshed the initial impression created by the leading technology player, while making sure reception services continued to operate smoothly while work took place.GET IN TOUCH
